  • As a nursery, we prioritize the well-being of our plants and the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, all sales are considered final.

Live Arrival Guarantee:

  • We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may affect the condition of your plants during transit. That's why we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee.
  • To qualify for a replacement under this guarantee, customers must:
    • Notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
    • Provide clear photographs of the affected plants within the same 48-hour timeframe.
  • Replacement plants will be sent at no additional cost to you, ensuring that you receive healthy, vibrant specimens. Please note that cosmetic damages are expected during transit and do not qualify for replacement
